Verge Campus Tour Press Release

(Boston, MA - March 22, 2013) - Streetwear e-retailer and media juggernaut Karmaloop.com, in partnership with newly-launched online media technology company eMuze, is storming college campuses this spring with their highly anticipated VERGE CAMPUS TOUR 2013 Sponsored by Neff Headwear, without a doubt one of the most sought-after campus events of the year. Hitting 27 universities nationwide throughout April and May, the Verge Campus Tour will be headlined by the hottest MC of 2013, Kendrick Lamar, as well as legendary Grammy-nominated DJ and producer Steve Aoki, with support from up and coming artists Bad Rabbits and 5 & A Dime.

 

The Verge Campus Tour is not only a hub to expose students to emerging and eclectic cutting edge entertainment, but also a showcase of top-tier technology and the business behind it. During the day, Verge Campus Tour will promote education, entrepreneurship, technology, creativity fashion and entertainment through its Brand Village, where students are given the opportunity to engage with representatives and test product from other sponsors. The Brand Village will be interactive and feature fashion brands, live artists, presentations, new technology, and music. Each night, students will gather to witness performances by music’s most-talked-about acts on the verge: Top Dawg Entertainment’s Platinum-selling hip hop lyricist Kendrick Lamar and Dim Mak Records Founder and Electro House artist Steve Aoki. The Verge Campus Tour will be supported by post-R&B, futuristic funk-punk musical force of Bad Rabbits as well as the unqie blend of EDM and Top 40 sounds of producer and Hype Machine staple 5 & A Dime.

The Verge Campus Tour will be produced by Articulate Entertainment in association with Karmaloop.com and eMuze. The Verge Campus Tour will kick off April 4th in Boca Raton, FL and will close May 4th in Watertown, NY.
