#ELEVEN FEST
#11Fest takes expectations to a whole new level
For the first time in its 10 year history, The Number Fest - 11th Edition took place in the same school year as the 10th edition. The festival would have to be bigger than ever, and it exceeded everyone’s expectations. Over 15,000 people gathered in Athens, Ohio to witness the biggest lineup put forth by the Number Fest to date. Festival goers were treated to a day of music from Number Fest veterans like Fly Union and Santino Corleon and new faces like Five and a Dime, Bad Rabbits, and Watch the Duck. The real party began, however, once the sun began to set in the evening.
Just months after releasing his platinum-selling debut good kid, m.A.A.d. city and appearing everywhere from SNL and The Late Show to the covers of XXL and Fader, Kendrick Lamar brought a rowdy show that left the packed crowd hungry for more. Superstar DJ Steve Aoki, fresh from headlining Tomorrowland and Ultra, picked up where Kendrick left off covering the crowd in cake, champaign, and confetti with a set that will go down in Number Fest history.
