TwoFest: One Just Wasn’t Enough

OneFest had barely ended before everyone started asking, “What is up with 2fest?” It took less than a week before OU’s attention had turned from “Did you hear how crazy OneFest was?” to “2fest is going to be nuts next year!” There was only one problem; OneFest was just that. One and done. Then TooFest was born. The future called, and while Kehoe left for Scotland to complete his degree abroad, Petrozzi stayed in Athens to get his Masters. This kept him on campus and a part of Athens nightlife. There was only one problem; how do even more people find out about Twofest? Facebook? No way. Check your “joined Facebook” date. Using a grassroots, guerilla marketing campaign, TwoFest grew on the success of OneFest and more than five thousand people showed up. Another beautiful day.
