Camping Info

Friday & Saturday night camping will be allowed at #Fest. Each person can purchase a camping pass for $30. Camping passes are NOT tickets into the festival, nor are they parking passes for your vehicle. Tickets to the festival and parking passes are sold separately.

-Camping passes are PER PERSON, not per campsite. Each person who plans on camping will need their own camping pass, regardless of who or how many people you’ll be camping with. Each camping pass covers camping for BOTH Friday & Saturday nights.

-Want to camp next to your friends? Make sure you all arrive together. Camping spots will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Camp sites can NOT be reserved without campers present.

-The campgrounds open up at 4:00PM on Friday, April 21, and at 11:00AM on Saturday, April 22.

-The camping site has a maximum capacity. We encourage everyone to purchase camping passes prior to arrival at #Fest as we cannot guarantee that camping will still be available for purchase the day of the event. If camping is still available on April 21 + 22, you may purchase a camping pass on-site until we hit capacity.

-There are no electric or water hook ups in the camping area. Generators are not allowed in the tent camping area.

-Persons camping are allowed to leave and re-enter the camping area, and are allowed to go back and forth between the festival and camping area. This privilege is for those with camping passes only.

-Trailers and other camping units that require to be towed in with a vehicle are prohibited in the tent camping area. You may purchase a RV/motorhome camping pass to camp in such units. GA camping is reserved for tents only.

-Camping is rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges.

-NOTE: There is a limit of one cooler of drinks per person allowed in the campgrounds.

-PROHIBITED ITEMS: Open flames (including grills, tiki torches, fire rings), drugs, anything glass (plastic and cans only), tow-behind generators, pets, or tents LARGER than 15’ x 15’.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund on my ticket?
No, all ticket sales are final.

I ordered a ticket for Saturday, will I be able to get in Friday as well?
No, you must either have a Friday ticket or a 2-day pass in order to get into the event on Friday. Friday tickets are available at all ticket outlets in Athens, as well as online at Eventbrite.com

I misspelled my email when ordering my tickets, anyway I can change my info?

Contact Prime Social Group through here — click here to contact

Can I upgrade my ticket from GA to VIP?

Upgrades can be done here — click here. Note that not all ticket types may be available for upgrades online.

VIP upgrades will also be available at the doors.

Does camping include parking?

NO. Parking must be purchased be separately. Same with all festival tickets; camping does NOT include parking or entry into the festival. Camping passes cover camping on both Friday and Saturday nights.

Are there shuttles to/from #Fest and Ohio University?

NO. There are no public shuttles to/from #Fest. All transportation to and from the festival is at the responsibility of the festival-goer. We recommend parking on-site, or having a friend or licensed taxi drop you off and pick you up. Walking along State Route 56 is illegal.

What’s the parking situation like?

We have two parking lots on-site; the VIP Parking Lot and Main Parking Lot. VIP Parking Lot passes are available on the #Fest ticket page, and will 100% guarantee your spot on-site as your pass reserves you a spot. The VIP Parking Lot is located closest to the entry to reduce the amount of walking from your car to the festival, and is also located closer to the entry/exit of the venue making it easier to arrive and depart.

Main Parking Lot passes will not be available before #Fest, only on-site. Parking in this lot is $20, and is first-come, first-served. There are thousands of spots available in this lot.

DO'S & DON'TS

 Do’s

  • Dress appropriately (it could be hot, it could be wet, it could be muddy… don’t wear your Sunday’s best)
  • Stay hydrated!
  • Come prepared for a good time (this event is as free spirited as it gets… we do it for the kids)
  • Bring ca$h. Vendors will be onsite selling all sorts of food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and more.
  • Bring pop-up/Easy Up Tents (It’s nice to have some shade. Don’t bring tent stakes - easy up’s only!)
  • Don’t drink and drive!
  • Ask for help if you need it. We have Local Heroes all over the venue to help assist you throughout the day. Police, Fire and EMS personnel will be around.
  • Come with friends. Party with friends. Leave with friends. Buddy system, people. No friend left behind.
  • Have the time of your life safely, responsibly, and in the name of a good cause.

Don’ts

  • No FIRES! It’s a sure fire (no pun intended) way to get thrown out of the party. We have a ZERO Tolerance policy on fires. DON’T START FIRES.
  • No weapons. Again, we produce this event as a way to celebrate life and all the glorious things in it. Bring a smile and a good attitude.
  • No Fighting. Period. Our staff and the hired Local Heroes will have none of it, and you may be removed from #FEST.
  • No sandals! You will lose them and cut your feet up! Wear shoes! (No sandals isn’t really a rule, just a major pointer from the veterans)
  • DON’T get dehydrated. DRINK WATER. All day.
  • DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE. We can not say it enough.
  • DON’T forget why you are here - to have fun, safely and responsibly.
  • DON’T get arrested. DON’T harass police. DON’T be THAT person.
  • DON’T THROW CANS OR OBJECTS IN THE AIR OR AT THE STAGE. You WILL get arrested and charged. This has never been allowed and we will be doing everything in our power to enforce this. Do NOT throw anything into the air or at the stage.
